The prices they advertise with isalie. They actually charge 10x that. They tried toget meto pay adeposit for asurgery without even seeing the doctor orgiving metime research. Italked to2women onthe phone got some basic information and she asked for money.Um…no

Dr. Bronstein and his staff are amazing. Very caring and knowledgeable! They put meat ease prior tosurgery since Iwas slightly nervous. Didn’t wake upin pain atall, just shaky from the anesthesia.

Dr.Sisto gave mean amazing breast reduction and lift for amoderately affordable price. Assoon asI filled out the paperwork and put onmy gown Iwas instantly moved tothe surgery room. Itwas very quick, easy, and painless. Idont even need the pain meds. The nurses there are also sweet. Except for one ofthe girls who took myweight she was kinda pushy and aggresive. Otherwise very nice staff!

Gave 4stars instead of5bcthe customer service onthe phone needs improvement. Too many inconsistencies. Imean everyone should know which states requires acovid test and which test isacceptable. Ireceived 3different responses. There was also inconsistencies asto what myA1C needed tobe soI had topushed mysurgery date. Sothe initial stages that involves information given tocustomers needs improvement. Big difference once your atthe office speaking with someone face toface. The customer service was great. Everyone was friendly and personable. Staff took very good care ofme during and after surgery.Dr. Bronstein was also great. Answered every single question Ihad before and after surgery and hetook his time answering them. Hedid anawesome job with myprocedure. Ican't wait for the recovery part tobe over soI can see the final results.… – show

My process was common. Difficult. Ihad Sisto on9/9/2021. Iwas never seen for mypost opappt. Ihave ahuge lipo burn onmy right side Iwasn’t able towear myfaja for the first 3months while Iwaited onit toheal. Somy results aren’t good. Itwas very painful and Ihave ahuge scar and I’m even more covers upthan Iuse tobe. Very self conscious and Ilost afew modeling contracts due tothis. I’ve called and emailed over 50times. Toavail. Ieven reached out toDr sisto onIG. I’m depressed and Ihave terrible nerve damage. Ikeep itbandaged because the slightest touch from myclothes sends chills upand down mybody.… – show

Long story short I’m gonna gowith 0stars iwent from putting mydeposit down tothem canceling myappointment and rescheduling toonly cancel myappointment again and Ihave not heard anything back. Thank God Igot mydeposit back, but Istill spent money onmy labs and test needed tobe done before surgery. That was just awaste ofmoney. Inever got arescheduling date.

I got aBBL withDr. Raine. Hewas attentive with great bed side manners! Myonly complaint isthat Ihave not received my1month post opappointment and haven’t even seen DrRaine after mysurgery! I’m glad everything turned out great and what Ihoped for because Ifeel like Iit would beimpossible tocontact them!

I had surgery withDr. Sisto last week after bein reschedule from DrRaine. Inthe beginning mycommunication with the Miami office was verybad. Agirl named Ali called meand gave meoptions oftime and gave meall the instruction Ineeded. She also help meon myday ofsurgery. She was very nice and helped meunderstand everything Ineeded todo after mysurgery. She came tosee mein the recovery and the day after. Everything she told methe Drtold meto. Dr Raine will beon aleave upto January
