@jsnell @dmoren Listening to the @bleedsixcolors podcast &something that is pretty cool about the 5G upgrade with the iPad mini is it is $150, but on T-Mobile I can sign up for a month or 2 of service & get a $200 credit card rebate & cancel service & get that 5G upgrade for free

@TMobileHelp I can log in but it doesn’t show me anything. I’ve been in a chat window on the web site for an hour with three different people. The last one said he couldn’t authenticate the log in on his end. I’m also on hold on the phone. How is the store going to help? Online should help

Been with @TMobile 4 over 10 years, after the former CEO left, it's gone down hill. I can't even understand the representatives. Phone doesn't work half of the time. I'm ready to switch to @ATT if they'd offer me the same deal for 10 lines, military, and global coverage.

@NevilleRay @PCMag @TMobile T-Mobile it useless in rural area and was the last and weakest service New Orleans after Hurricane Ida. If you live in an urban area that is not subject to sever weather it is great. Neigbor’s with Verizon and ATT had voice and data the day after the storm. Nothin w T-Mobile

@TMobile I previously had sprint and never had an issue. Ever since you acquired Sprint, my service has declined. Absolutely ridiculous to be charged what I pay and have my phone lag and tell me that it can’t refresh. Hello @Verizon!

@NevilleRay @PCMag @TMobile T-Mobile still can’t compare. I’ve done a test with my friends T-Mobile phone. I have AT&T. We both had 1 bar in the same location. His 1-bar wasn’t able to load a YouTube video at all. My 1-bar loaded it up in 1080p. Oh and remember when your service went down?
